Find the right way to get help with your LetLog account, tenancy access, billing or product questions.
Support is handled by LetLog at support@letlog.uk. Signed-in users can also use the Help & Support area inside the app.
Account access
Tell us the email address on your LetLog account and what you are trying to access.
Tenant issues
Tenants should use LetLog to report property issues where possible. For urgent property emergencies, contact your landlord or emergency services as appropriate.
Billing
For subscription or payment questions, include the account email and plan details, but do not send card numbers.
What to include
- The email address connected to your LetLog account.
- The page or feature you were using.
- A short description of the problem or question.
- Screenshots if they help, but no passwords or full card details.
