Is there a free trial?

Yes - paid landlord plans come with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be charged.

What's in the Free plan?

1 property, tenant accounts, basic maintenance requests, messaging, and calendar view. Pro unlocks documents, compliance, inventory, and finance tools.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can manage plan changes in the billing portal, where the effective date is shown before you confirm.

How much do I save on annual billing?

Pro saves about £20 per year and Pro Plus saves about £30 per year compared with monthly billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

How does a tenant join LetLog?

You select the correct property, tenancy or HMO room and send an email invitation. The tenant creates or signs into their free account and accepts the invitation before access begins.

Can tenants connect themselves to an address?

No. Landlords control each property assignment, which prevents tenants being connected to the wrong home or tenancy.

Do tenants pay to use LetLog?

No. Tenant accounts are free and do not require a separate subscription.

What happens if an invitation expires?

Invitations last for seven days. You can resend an outstanding invitation to refresh the link for another seven days.
