Protected account access
Authenticator MFA is available to landlords, team members and tenants, with fresh verification required for sensitive account actions.
Security and reliability
LetLog combines secure sign-in, role-aware permissions, invitation-led tenant access and monitored delivery workflows to protect the records landlords and tenants rely on.
How LetLog protects access
The same controls that protect an account also keep people connected to the correct property, tenancy and workspace.
Authenticator MFA is available to landlords, team members and tenants, with fresh verification required for sensitive account actions.
Landlords, property-management staff and tenants receive different capabilities, enforced again by protected server routes.
A landlord selects the exact home or HMO room. Tenant access begins only after the secure invitation is accepted.
Tenant requests are scoped to their connected tenancy, while landlord and team access follows the authorised workspace.
Documents stay associated with the correct property or tenancy, with tenant visibility limited to records shared with them.
Signed provider events track delivery and failures. Hard bounces and complaints are automatically suppressed to protect sender reputation.
A reliable operating model
01
MFA, permission checks and controlled invitations reduce the chance of an account reaching the wrong records.
02
Delivery states, signed webhooks and application errors make failures visible instead of silently losing an action.
03
Idempotent processing, audit-friendly records and support escalation help resolve issues without rewriting the underlying history.
Clear boundaries
LetLog does not promise that any online service is risk-free. We minimise access, validate sensitive actions on the server, keep tenant access scoped and review security as the product changes.
LetLog does not connect to bank accounts or HMRC services. Financial tools are record-keeping features controlled by the landlord, with generic exports when a separate copy is needed.
